The WBC World World Flyweight Kenshiro ‘The Amazing Boy’ Teraji came from behind to stop the Amb Seigo Yuri Akui champion in the twelfth and last round in the main event in a unification fight on Thursday night at the Kokugikan, in Tokyo, Japan.
Teraji, 25-1 (16) knocked out Akui, 21-3-1 (11) at 1:31 of round 12 and final. In the third round, Akui shook Teraji with a right in the chin halfway in the round. In the sixth round, they turned to rocked each other. In the eighth round, Akui took another round.
Teraji landed half a dozen unanswered blows in the twelfth and last round before Akui grabbed a clinch. Several blows later from Teraji and referee Katsuhiko Nakamura called a stop. Teraji was late on the score cards in the final round by scores of 108-106, 105-104 and 105-104.

The world’s worldweight world champion, Anthony ‘Princesa’ Olasascuaga, 9-1 (6) defeated Hiroto Kyoguchi, 19-3 (12) for a unanimous decision of 12 rounds.
The scores were 117-110, 118-109 and 114-113. The referee was José Hiram Rivera
The world lightweight weight champion of the WBO, Shokichi Iwata, 14-2 (11) lost to Rene ‘Chulo’ Santiago, 14-4 (9) due to a unanimous decision of 12 rounds.
The scores were 118-110, 117-111 and 116-112. The referee was Benjamin RodrÃguez
Bantamweight Tomoya Tsuboi, 1-0 (1) knocked out Boonrueang Phayom, 14-4 (14) at 2:34 of the second round of a scheduled fight of eight rounds.
In the second round, Tsuboi had Phayom defenseless, stopping him.
Light Yuki Nagano, 0-1) lost to the left-handed Takumi Ebina, 2-1 (1) for a unanimous decision of four rounds.
The scores were 38-37, 38-37 and 38-37.
The Welter Junya Nemoto weight, 0-1) was defeated by a unanimous decision of four rounds.
